refactor(mosaic): tighten types to catch misuse at compile time - #10572
Tightens Mosaic's internal types so common mistakes by agents and humans fail at compile time or lint. None of these types reach the package's public entry point.
Machines: a target naming a state that doesn't exist is now a type error, including in fromPromiseonDone/onError. The new mosaic/no-raw-invoke lint rule requires fromPromise over a raw invoke: { src }.
Primitives:defaultProps and mergeProps output are checked against the element's props.
Dialog handles:createDialogHandle now defaults to Payload = void, and open() requires a payload unless the type is void.
save fields: the passkey and organization profile models only accept real form field names.
tsconfig.json: adds noFallthroughCasesInSwitch, noImplicitOverride, noImplicitReturns, noPropertyAccessFromIndexSignature and noUnusedParameters.
ActionBar.Action now sets color after spreading the merged props, so the spread can't override it.

The changes update machine promise-transition typing and add an ESLint rule for raw invoke sources outside tests. Primitive default props and merged props receive element-specific types, and floating UI IDs are assigned only when they are strings. The TypeScript configuration enables additional checks. The dialog handle API changes its payload argument and default payload type. Other edits adjust controller target types, feature save generics, and component behavior.
Most concerns are resolved, but explicit promise-transition consumers, indirect raw invokes, and data-* prop typing still need correction before the new safeguards are fully reliable.

Explanation
The title names the main change: tightening Mosaic's internal types so misuse is caught at compile time. The raw summary confirms this scope. It covers machine target types, primitive defaultProps and mergeProps types, dialog handle payload types, save field types, and tsconfig strictness flags. The title is a refactor prefix with a concise, specific description and no file list or vague terms.

Explanation
The description states the goal of tightening internal Mosaic types and lists the changes: machine target validation and the new no-raw-invoke lint rule, primitive defaultProps and mergeProps checks, dialog handle payload defaults, save field names, tsconfig options, and the ActionBar.Action color fix. These match the raw summary's file-level changes. It also notes that the types do not reach the public entry point.

Widen the data-* output type to admit undefined.
mergeProps accepts undefined for a data-* key. The merge step returns that value unchanged. DefaultProps still types every data-* property as string. A caller that reads such a property can receive undefined where the type promises string. Widening the output type matches the runtime value and keeps the input contract as written.
