Two independent changes. Both are probe-only and change no production code.

1. phasor_trig_probe: use ndarray::simd::PhaseLut

The probe carried a private copy of the (cos, sin) table. PhaseLut (#343) builds the same table, and the probe's non-timing output is unchanged before and after the swap.

The complex-distance bound stays local to the probe. PhaseLut::nearest_error_bound bounds each component separately, but the early exit sums complex terms, so it needs the complex bound.

2. D-SELF-CALIBRATING-LAB-1: second pre-registered family on Gomoku

New pieces:

• lab.rs gains Gamma and Beta samplers. A moments test covers Beta(½, ½), Beta(2.5, 7.5) and Beta(30.5, 10.5).
• Chooser::Thompson samples each recipe's Jeffreys posterior, Beta(pos + ½, neg + ½).
• Memory::Global gives every situation the same key, as a context-free baseline.
• --lab-v1 runs on fresh seeds 4001.. with its own Holm family.

Results:

• mask-risc clippy with --all-targets is clean.
• fmt is clean.
