Reproduce PGA300 redundant ground traces at COMP

Summary

• Capture the full PGA300 solver input from tscircuit/ti#117 at 067b6a2 (only serialized undefined markers removed).
• Add a snapshot and assertions documenting the current bug: the global GND spanning tree creates U1.COMP–U1.GND and U1.COMP–C3.pin2 branches instead of the explicit U1.COMP–R1.pin2 connection.
• No production solver changes. The fix is stacked in Preserve explicit ground connections instead of redundant GND branches #932, targeting this branch. Merge this reproduction first, then retarget Preserve explicit ground connections instead of redundant GND branches #932 to main.
