highlight boxes are pretty far off on this one

Fixed in e691cf3. Same root cause as the inventory boxes on #5719: boxes were drawn before the viewport resize, so right-aligned controls drifted. Re-shot with the corrected helper; A and B now sit on Recalculate Report and Export Report. All Community, Reports and User Management annotations in this PR were re-taken the same way.
