docs: list comark-charts' skill, and show how an app bundles a skill that matches its renderer - #53

Shared guides for renderers, theming, validation, and agents replace the sections each package page copied. Recipes show annotate with zoom groups, carousels, and a whole review document. The sidebar groups every page, and a package's For agents button installs only its own skill.
…op the example frame around a lone card The chart rules set height:auto on every SVG in the plot, so annotate's arrow stretched to its viewBox and ran past its head, and the circle squashed. They now reach only the chart's own SVG. A chart, a link card, or a diff draws its own card, so its docs example no longer frames it a second time.
The sidebar is two columns, as on vitehub.dev: a rail with one icon per package, and the current package's pages. Each package page splits into an overview with its examples, getting started, components or syntax, and guides, with previous and next links between them. /play/ renders Markdown with every plugin that runs in a browser. Its presets are the examples at the top of each page, each example has a Playground link that opens it there, and a shared link carries the Markdown in its hash. comark.dev's playground can't load these plugins, so it can't be prefilled with them.
…ayground A search button in the middle of the header, or Ctrl K, ⌘K, or /, opens a dialog over every page and heading, read from /search.json the first time it's needed. Without a script the button stays hidden. Each package's column ends with Open in playground, which opens its first example there.

./skills/*export this page describes.The Agents guide (
docs/pages/guide/agents.md) now:comark-chartsin the skills table. It ships a skill, but the table only had annotate.comark-annotate/skills/comark-annotate/SKILL.md?rawat build time, so the text matches the renderer they installed and agents need no network request. Serve it as its own skill, or as a reference file with the front matter removed, and pin any CLI command to the installed version. feat(pr-evidence): serve comark-annotate's own skill as the annotation reference, from the version Drop renders with vite-hub/drop#20 does exactly this.Not built locally: the machine was saturated and the install never got a build slot. The change is one Markdown page; CI builds the site.
