Summary

Brings two develop changes to feature/pre-new-admin for the find-replace port:

  • Manager::isProcessed() / unworkedQueues() — cherry-picked from 1e9087a. find-replace uses isProcessed() to warn when its queue has no live worker; the dashboard alert now uses the same check.
  • find-replace exclusion — hides every queue_* table from find and replace, as on develop. Adds nails/module-find-replace: dev-feature/pre-new-admin to require-dev for the exclusion interface.

Depends on nails/module-find-replace feature/pre-new-admin existing for CI to install.

Testing

  • Suite passes on feature/pre-new-admin dependencies: 53 tests (48 before), same notice pattern as before.
  • Exercised in a pre-new-admin app: the find-replace no-worker warning fires with no worker, and a real queue:work completes a queued search.

The dashboard alert can ask the manager which queues are unworked, using the same heartbeat rule as before.

find-replace uses Manager::isProcessed() to warn when its queue has no worker.

(cherry picked from commit 1e9087a)

Ports this package's find-replace exclusion and its test from develop.
The tables and columns it names exist on this branch too.

Requires nails/module-find-replace dev-feature/pre-new-admin for the
exclusion interface in tests and static analysis.
