Brings the Spanish, French and Chinese feedback and assistant analytics pages in line with the English update.
The English pages now describe the Page ratings and Detailed feedback cards, the Sentiment and Type filters, dismissing feedback, and how assistant satisfaction is separate from Feedback totals. The old status, filter and internal-notes sections are gone.
Based on docs: align feedback analytics docs with current dashboard, which rewrote the English pages.

Overview
Updates Spanish, French, and Chinese analytics docs to match the rewritten English feedback and assistant dashboard documentation.
Assistant pages now document the Satisfaction area and clarify that assistant thumbs ratings are tracked separately from page Feedback totals (with cross-links to the feedback docs).
Feedback pages are restructured around the current UI: the Page ratings and Detailed feedback cards, time/page filtering, how Traffic feedback totals relate to Assistant satisfaction, and Sentiment / Type filters (including Agent feedback). The older manage feedback flow—statuses (Pending, In Progress, Resolved), status filters, and internal notes—is removed in favor of review guidance, sorting page ratings, viewing detailed items, and Dismiss for irrelevant feedback.
