Tunnel documentation and schemas no longer matched availability, resource limits and transport behavior. Update the resource and connection contract, describe disabled public WebSockets, and document streaming deadlines and capture behavior.
Validation: full npm check passed, including schema and type checks, lint, production build, 94 unit tests and 22 component tests. The shared schema passed the Rust contract gate. Added a pinned Node 24 CI workflow with full history for content-date verification. Current-head CI is green.
Follow-up review requires contract updates alongside the server and CLI revisions. This PR needs revision before merge.
