Documents the new per-app analysis instructions shipping in lightdash/lightdash#31421: a "Steer the summaries" section (ask the agent for language/currency/vocabulary guidance; per-app, 2,000-char cap, no org-wide default), the
useInsights({ instructions })/InsightsSummaryprop line under For app code, and a fix to What is sent to the model, which implied the app's instructions were already sent.Hold merging until that PR is released.
