Problem

The CLI reference does not show that the dbt source option is deprecated.
Users need to know that the flag still works and that source inference is the normal path.

Approach

Mark --source <name> as deprecated for deploy, preview, and start-preview.
Use the same notice text as the CLI. Keep the source-name behavior and the stored-source documentation.

Tests

• The changed-file documentation validator passes.
• The component baseline audit passes.
• Mintlify build validation passes. Its anchor check reports seven existing findings outside the CLI reference. A clean main control at c8af65668816fbcbf67db48787c5de8c9ed9819a reports the same seven findings with Mintlify 4.2.1040. The repository internal-link audit reports the same findings.
• The diff adds no links and changes no navigation.

Behaviour changes and compatibility

• --source is deprecated. The CLI shows a yellow warning once per run on stderr when the flag is passed.
• The flag still works and is not removed. It remains a fallback when source inference cannot decide.
• lightdash config set-source keeps its existing behavior and documentation.
• The docs use the same deprecation wording for all three dbt source commands.
