feat(web): implement Phase 7.4 interactive ER diagram canvas - #58
Relationship Details Drawer (RelationshipDetails.tsx): Sliding inspector panel for selected constraints (column pairs, ON UPDATE, ON DELETE) and selected entities (columns, incoming/outgoing foreign keys, link to schema explorer).
Search & Filters (GraphFilters.tsx): Real-time search across tables, columns, and constraint names, namespace selector, and isolated table culling.
WCAG 2.2 AA Accessible Alternative (AccessibleGraphTable.tsx): Semantic HTML table directory enabling screen-reader and keyboard-only engineers to inspect every relationship and table entity without visual geometry.
Strict Security & Zero-AI: Zero AI/LLM dependencies, zero heuristic guessing, 100% untrusted text rendering preventing XSS, and workspace isolation headers.

Walkthrough
The placeholder relationships page is replaced by an interactive ER diagram studio. It loads schema relationship data, builds and lays out graph nodes and edges, and provides canvas and accessible table views with filtering, selection, and details.
Adds typed relationship responses and canvas data, graph transformation for composite, parallel, and self-referencing relationships, and deterministic layout. Unit tests cover API requests, graph transformation, and layout behavior.
Adds SVG table cards and relationship edges, including selection, highlighting, panning, zooming, and dragging. The documentation describes canvas behavior and rendering.
Studio integration and inspection apps/web/src/app/(app)/relationships/page.tsx, apps/web/src/app/(app)/schemas/[schemaId]/page.tsx, apps/web/src/components/er-diagram/*, apps/web/tests/component/er_canvas.test.tsx, docs/audit/PHASE_7_4_ER_CANVAS_ACCEPTANCE.md, docs/audit/PR_PHASE_7_4_BODY.md, docs/frontend/ER_ACCESSIBILITY.md, docs/frontend/ER_COMPLETENESS.md, docs/frontend/ER_DIAGRAM_ARCHITECTURE.md, docs/frontend/ER_SEARCH_FILTERS.md, docs/frontend/ER_SECURITY.md, docs/frontend/ER_TESTING.md
Connects schema and graph loading to the studio controls, filters, status, details panel, and accessible relationship tables. Adds a schema-page link to the diagram. Component tests cover rendering and interactions; the documentation describes the feature and its acceptance results.

Merge Risk: Moderate · up to 49f24
The ER diagram renders table cards with no columns, so there are no column rows, PK/FK markers or column search. The layout can misplace tables, and the status badge can claim COMPLETE for partial extractions. These should be fixed before merge. The rest are small, localized issues.
Security architecture risk: Low · up to 49f24
The existing server-side workspace authorization remains intact. The new studio can nevertheless display stale relationship metadata after overlapping loads or workspace changes. The demonstrated exposure is confined to previously authorized data in the same browser; no new server privileges or unauthorized retrieval were established.
Retained concerns
Medium · reliability · inferred: The new studio does not bind asynchronous graph results to the workspace and schema that currently own the view. Older loads can overwrite newer selections, and workspace changes retain the prior schema selection. Previously authorized metadata can consequently appear under a different active context. The schema-list cleanup guard and backend authorization do not protect these graph-state commits. This is a presentation ownership failure, not an established unauthorized API read.
Security review details
Security Blast Radius
inferred — The demonstrated stale-result path affects metadata already returned to an authorized browser. It can misattribute that metadata to the current workspace or schema, but the inspected path does not establish access to another user's data, new server authority, or persistent database modification.
Security Findings and Attack Paths
inferred — A slow graph load for selection A can finish after a newer load for selection B and replace B's displayed graph. Workspace changes likewise do not invalidate pending graph continuations. This path is introduced by the new caller; the merge-base placeholder had no corresponding asynchronous graph state.
Trust Boundaries and Controls
observed — An arbitrary schemaId query parameter does not independently authorize a graph read. Requests carry the current workspace, while the backend requires authentication, active workspace membership, SCHEMA_READ permission, and workspace-scoped graph lookup.
observed — The inspected metadata-rendering paths use React text interpolation in SVG, tables, and details rather than HTML insertion. Internal schema links encode their identifiers, providing counterevidence against metadata-driven script execution in these paths.
Hardening Proposals
proposed — Bind graph state and every completion path to a workspace/schema request generation. Invalidate prior generations on selection changes, clear incompatible graph and selection state, and allow only the active generation to publish success, failure, or loading completion. Cancellation can supplement this ownership check.

Update the layout doc to match the code. Fix it after the layout.ts changes.
Line 33 says unranked nodes in cyclic graphs are assigned by canonical ID precedence. The code seeds nodes[0] in input order when no zero-in-degree node exists. Otherwise it gives unreached nodes rank 0.
Lines 44-45 describe the TB Y formula as rank × (maxRankHeight + rankSeparation). This formula produces overlapping or out-of-order ranks. See the comment on layout.ts. Replace it with a cumulative sum of maxRankHeight + rankSeparation over the preceding ranks.
