Summary
Why
CLM-016 identified narrative product copy that presented prompt grounding as an absolute guarantee. The updated wording describes how attached knowledge helps support answers and reduce unverified details without weakening the instructions users should configure for their agents.
Impact
The Help Center now avoids guaranteeing that agents cannot produce unsupported information while continuing to recommend human handoff when information requires confirmation.
