Correggere il formato dello snapshot prima del ripristino.

Con mysql -B, il tab contenuto nel valore prodotto da CONCAT viene restituito come \t. Il successivo bookSnapshot.split('\t') non trova il separatore e il teardown salta l’UPDATE. Se la richiesta modifica copie_disponibili o stato, il test lascia quei campi alterati nel libro. Seleziona i due campi come colonne separate, così il client emette un vero separatore di colonna, oppure acquisisci lo snapshot senza escape batch. (dev.mysql.com)
