LanguageFeature.UseBindingValueDiscardhas shipped since F# 6.0 and is enabled for every selectable--langversion(minimum accepted is 8.0), so its flag could never be turned off. Removed the dead flag and collapseduse _ = ...checking to its enabled behaviour.--disableLanguageFeature:UseBindingValueDiscardis no longer a recognised feature name.
