This PR updates the “OPS status checker” GitHub Actions workflow to pin the dotnet/docs-tools/actions/status-checker action to a specific commit SHA and removes the now-unnecessary mode input.
Changes:
- Pin
dotnet/docs-tools/actions/status-checkerto a fixed commit SHA (instead of trackingmain). - Remove the
mode: "warning"input from the status-checker step.

Mode choice no longer needed. Also use SHA instead of branch name.
