WalkthroughThe change adds eltay-rm66 Debian CLI, Debian XFCE, and Ubuntu KDE Plasma release targets. It adds exposure-map overrides and a community-maintained blacklist entry for the board. Target generation now collects board values from nested target data, filters community boards against generated targets and explicit overrides, and omits the separator when a minimal pattern has an empty suffix. The README describes how to include a blacklisted board in exposure-map recommendations. Priority: ➖ Normal Estimated code review effort: 2 (Simple) | ~12 minutes Change: Feature Pre-merge checks:

FYI. This build target was never tested. |
Yes, I just built LXQt and realized that KDE had been built instead. I’d really like to have the option to build KDE as well. :c :c :C |
And what if you really want LXQt? |
A board that is listed in a targets-release-*.manual file but also blacklisted lost its exposed.map patterns, so its images never showed up as the recommended download. Derive the community exposure list from the blacklist minus the boards that already have targets, so manually curated images stay visible while the automatic matrix keeps skipping them. Also drop the trailing separator when a minimal-image suffix is empty: a suffix override of "" now matches the plain CLI image instead of emitting an unusable `..._.img.xz` pattern.
Add four manual community targets for eltay-rm66 and keep the board out of the automatic community matrix: - Debian CLI: current and vendor - Debian XFCE (mid): current - Ubuntu KDE Plasma (mid): current The exposed.map override points the recommended minimal image at the plain CLI build and the recommended desktop image at KDE Plasma. Checked by running scripts/generate_targets.py against the live image-info.json: the generated community target file carries exactly these four RM66 entries, and exposed.map differs from main only in the four RM66 patterns.

- Line 51: Update the RM66 target identified by BOARD `eltay-rm66` so it
inherits `DESKTOP_ENVIRONMENT: "lxqt"` instead of XFCE; place it in an LXQt
target if this target is shared with items that must remain XFCE.

I removed LXQt from the list and replaced it with Xfce. Thanks for pointing that out; I hope LXQt makes it into the standard Armbian build someday. |
Keep both the RM66 and Orange Pi 4 Pro manual community targets. Require explicit per-board exposure overrides before restoring blacklisted manual boards to recommendations, preserving main's Orange Pi policy. Validated against the live 1536-entry image inventory: four RM66 images, two Orange Pi images, unchanged builds for all other boards, and exposed.map changes limited to the four RM66 patterns.
Publish four ELTAY RM66 community images:
Keep current CLI and KDE Plasma in download recommendations.
Keep manual images visible when automatic targets exclude the board.
Validation:
exposed.mapdiffers frommainonly in the four RM66 patterns, and nothing else is added to the community target file.community-current-fast-hdmientry the board used to get, soeltay-rm66is blacklisted from the automatic community matrix.Tested board: ELTAY RM66, 8 GiB, BB CM4.
Vendor Debian CLI passes SD boot, SSH, HDMI, and two cold boots.
Cold NPU inference remains unresolved, as documented in linux-rockchip#581.
KDE and XFCE image builds and boot tests remain pending.
