Support rendering builder-specific option sections in the CLI reference documentation when a CLI command JSON defines a builders array (see angular/angular-cli#34644).

  • Render a Builders list with anchor links to each builder's options section (matching the Sub-commands list pattern).
  • Render a dedicated section heading and option card (for example, Application builder options and Library builder options) for each builder.
  • Display option default values across all non-argument cards.
