Adds shipped TypeScript declarations for pretty-cli so consumers such as gx can use its command registration, parsing, styles and UI helpers without suppressing missing types. Runtime JavaScript is unchanged.

Includes the existing lib/ entry points, positional maps and object arrays, and command discovery with an explicit directory, options only or no arguments. Parsed argument values remain unknown and require narrowing. ESM/CommonJS compiler fixtures check the supported forms and reject invalid options; runtime tests verify they match sywac.

Validation: corepack pnpm --filter @tryghost/pretty-cli test passed on Node 22 and 24 (13 runtime tests, 100% coverage), alongside corepack pnpm lint and corepack pnpm format:check. Packed-package consumers compile and run in both module formats. Ghost's gx strict typecheck passes against the tarball with its pretty-cli import suppressions and manual command types removed.

Give TypeScript consumers typed CLI registration and output APIs without changing the CommonJS runtime. Check both module formats as part of package tests and ship the declarations with the package.

Walkthrough

The package adds TypeScript declarations for its CLI, styles, and UI APIs, and identifies the CLI declaration as its type entry point. Consumer fixtures check the declarations under strict ESM and CommonJS TypeScript configurations. The package test script runs type checks before Vitest. Runtime tests cover aliases, positional definitions, command loading, and function-valued versions. The README documents supported imports and types. Coverage excludes declaration files.

Accept string aliases and version callbacks already supported by sywac. Verify both declarations and runtime behavior.
Accept the positional maps, mixed parameter arrays and optional directory
arguments supported by sywac. Check both module formats reject invalid
options, and verify parsing and caller-relative command discovery against
the runtime.

Use the declarations shipped in pretty-cli 3.4.0 so gx no longer needs
missing-type suppressions, local command types or manual parse-result
assertions. Follows
[framework#1059](TryGhost/framework#1059).
