What was done

• Cut "essential" (it's on the site's banned list) by rewriting the sentence: maintainers' time and effort is "invaluable, so support them in any way you can".
• Split the 42-word closing sentence into four short ones, dropped one exclamation mark and contracted "it's not going to" to "it won't". Fixed the typo "a the right places" to "in the right places".
• Turned the "how can you add funding information..." paragraph into a plain question and one sentence.
• tests/prose.baseline.json: removed the banned: essential, crucial entry and lowered the exclamation count from 4 to 3 for this page, as tests/prose.test.ts requires.
• check-tells.py before: 477 words, em dashes 0, long sentences 1 (l.186), uncontracted 2, hype-word 1 (l.36, "essential"). After: no tells.
• Format, lint (prettier check and spellcheck), test, build and links all pass on the whole repo.

• Check by hand: read the diff of the article as text, mainly the last paragraph. The voice is yours, so keep or revert any sentence that doesn't sound like you.
