fix(catalog): re-verify seven expired product facts - #141

Each expired fact was re-read against its source_urls on 2026-09-28. Buildkite's plan moved to Free with 2,000 Linux vCPU minutes, 10 concurrent jobs, 5 users and 30-day retention. Semaphore's community edition moved to /open-source. Ubicloud, AppVeyor, Semaphore cloud, Azure Pipelines and Bitbucket free tiers are unchanged; expiries are staggered. Tag 0.1.27 has no published release — the calendar gate correctly stopped its publication. Signed-off-by: rldyourmnd <danil@nddev.it.com>
