What and why
Tyler’s follow-up to #4504: the timed sidebar event form is keyboard-first again. Tab order is Title → Date → Start time → End time → All day, with no skipped date stop. Dates show as compact
MM.DD.YY, match time-picker surface styling, and still accept common typed formats viaparseUserDate. End-time dropdowns portal todocument.bodyso opening the menu no longer shifts or clips the sidebar form.Verify
