Description

Update verified upstream provenance, supported power-menu/launcher bindings, public keybinding fixtures and documentation. Make the manifest mismatch test derive the actual pin.

Local combined-candidate evidence: final configured hooks pass; Python coverage 86.32%; full ML4W suite 137/137; independent technical verification PASS. Slice 03 additionally passed normal commit hooks in a clean worktree. This PR's exact tree must independently pass CI before merge. No live activation or provider testing is claimed.

Replacement of #35

This PR replaces #35 without rewriting or deleting its branch. The complete Git tree is identical to commit 0f6bada23b04122336c0dc9b492c69eaecb881f4; only the CI correction commit subject now uses lowercase lua to satisfy commitlint.

The BATS job installs lua5.4, required by the existing public keybinding capture fixture. The previous head's hosted BATS and functional checks passed; commitlint failed. Replacement head 1cdcfdbdbfffedcff7089443ba666dc136467263 must pass its own CI before merge. Normal commit hooks passed (YAML and whitespace checks); unrelated hooks skipped as inapplicable. No source or dependency-version changes beyond the already-published patch.

Boundary: slice 03, 115 authored changed lines; prior dependency #34 is merged, later slices remain separate. Issue #32 remains open for the full chain. RDD is disabled/unmanaged by clone preference.

Risk: item 5 (existing CI dependency correction, reproduced byte-for-byte; no additional workflow behavior changes).
