Description

Update verified upstream provenance, supported power-menu/launcher bindings, public keybinding fixtures and documentation. Make the manifest mismatch test derive the actual pin.

Slice 03 additionally passed normal commit hooks in a clean worktree. This PR's exact tree must independently pass CI before merge. No live activation or provider testing is claimed.
