Against the feat/support-hub SDK branch on a local site, with delivery in dry-run mode:

• Help button on Chart Library, Settings and Support; not on other admin screens. Sends print the payload with product: visualizer, the correct plan, and the two links in the footer.
• Plugins screen: Visualizer's Deactivate opens the new window; Cancel, Send & keep active, and deactivate behave as documented. Visualizer Pro's Deactivate still opens the legacy survey and the two do not interfere.
• With a valid Pro license, is_pro is true and the payload reports plan: pro.

composer lint, composer phpstan and PHPUnit pass. The e2e admin spec has 8 pre-existing failures that are identical on development.
