Summary

Opts Neve into the Themeisle SDK Support Hub (Codeinwp/themeisle-sdk-main#353, tracks Codeinwp/themeisle#2096), the same way as Feedzy (Codeinwp/feedzy-rss-feeds#1372) and Visualizer (Codeinwp/visualizer#1403):

• One floating Help button on the Neve dashboard (Appearance → Neve) that opens a short contact form, with Documentation and Community Forum links in its footer.
• "Get help with this" on WordPress red error notices on that screen.
• The new theme feedback window on the Add Themes screen while Neve is the active theme. It replaces the legacy theme drawer, opens by itself after a few seconds the same way, and switches nothing.

Theme-specific notes:

• A white-labeled Neve (neve_is_theme_whitelabeled / neve_is_plugin_whitelabeled) returns no metadata, so neither the Help button nor the new window appears and the legacy drawer behaves as before. This matches how Neve already hides AI Connect.
• Neve Pro is a plugin add-on, so only the theme opts in. Pro Slug: neve-pro-addon in style.css lets the SDK read the plan and license status from the add-on's license. Neve Pro's own Deactivate link keeps the legacy survey.
• Neve never used the SDK float widget, so nothing is removed.

Changes

• inc/admin/dashboard/main.php: registers neve_support_hub_metadata with is_pro (Neve Pro active with a valid license, the same check the dashboard header uses) and two footer links: Neve docs and the wordpress.org forum.
  • No pages: the Neve dashboard already fires themeisle_internal_page.
  • No setup_complete: the setup nudge stays off for now.
  • No extra error_selectors: only the SDK's default WordPress error notices, as in Feedzy and Visualizer.
• composer.json: codeinwp/themeisle-sdk ^3.3.71. 3.3.69 and 3.3.70 shipped without the SDK's built JS (only the Support Hub), so this keeps Neve off them. The lock is already on 3.3.71 from development; only its content hash changes.
• tests/test-neve-support-hub.php: covers the keys, the links, is_pro following the Pro license status, and white label hiding the hub.

Testing

• PHPUnit: the full suite passes (280 tests). The new tests fail without the filter.
• PHPCS and PHPStan pass on the changed files.
• "Documentation" is an existing Neve string. "Community Forum" is new (Neve had no forum label), so Translations Diff will flag one string.

To check manually:

1. Open Appearance → Neve: a Help button sits bottom right. Other admin screens (Posts, Customizer) have none.
2. Open the Help button: the footer shows Documentation and Community Forum, and each link opens Neve's page.
3. With Neve active, open Appearance → Themes → Add New: after a few seconds the new feedback window opens with theme wording and a single Send button. Sending pauses it for 100 days.
4. With a valid Neve Pro license, a sent message is tagged pro.
5. With Neve Pro white label enabled, no Help button appears.
