Move embedded @test functions out of runtime packages into dedicated *Tests packages.
Also update the README badge and clarify that the stdlib includes WC3 systems, object-editing APIs, and generated asset catalogs.
This keeps production packages focused on runtime and compiletime APIs without removing any WC3 systems or generated data.
