This workflow automates the deployment of static content to GitHub Pages upon pushes to the main branch or manually via the Actions tab.

Modified the path for the documentation artifact upload in the docs.yml workflow and removed the obsolete static.yml workflow to streamline the deployment process to GitHub Pages.
