Summary
Follow-up from the issue #15 retrospective (Phase 9). Documents two process improvements in separate meta PRs, per project rules:
project/rules.md): When bumping@worldware/msgor other sibling packages, verify the npm tarball includesdist/(e.g.npm pack @worldware/pkg@version --dry-run) before relying on it. References"prepack": "npm run build"in msg-cli (PR fix: build via prepack so dist is always published #21) and@worldware/msg(fix: build via prepack so dist is always published msg#46) after v0.8.0 shipped without build output.project/process.md): Clarifies that wiring stub helpers into real export/import call sites during scaffold is OK so integration tests fail for the right reason, not only isolated unit tests on stubs.Test plan
