CMakeLists.txtto fix two build and runtime issues:libwolfssl.soandlibwolfcryptjni.sowith-Wl,-z,max-page-size=16384so the libraries are 16 KB page aligned. This fixes the Android 15+ app compatibility warning on devices with 16 KB pages. NDK r28+ does this by default.WOLFCRYPT_FIPS_CORE_HASH_VALUEdefaults to 128 hex characters. FIPS v7 uses HMAC-SHA-512 for the in-core check, and the old 64-character (SHA-256) values fail theverifyCore[]static assert infips_test.c.
