chore(deps): termlens 0.11.8, and the report action with it - #128

0.11.8 is a patch, so the `"0.11"` requirement in launchbound-tui is unchanged; only the lock moves, termlens's version and checksum and nothing else. None of the 0.11.8 changes reaches an assertion here. `unsupported()` is pinned to `^[[59m` alone, and that entry is not one of the shapes #625 or #641 moved; no golden changed. `tests/cli.rs` runs `termlens diff` for its exit codes only, not its plain text, so the one-newline ending and the "1 row unchanged" wording (#652) do not touch it. The three `report@` pins move from v0.11.7 to v0.11.8 (61f597e), and the three `cli-version:` inputs from 0.11.7 to 0.11.8, so the action renders with the CLI of the release the lockfile names. The vendored skill is recopied verbatim from v0.11.8; the copy it replaces was verbatim v0.11.7. Verified: `just ci`, and `cargo test -p launchbound-tui --test cli -- --ignored` against the published termlens-cli 0.11.8, both with the suite's own install and with TERMLENS_CLI; the tui and emulation suites five times with COLORTERM unset. just cipasses, and so does the ignored termlens-cli suite against termlens-cli 0.11.8, with and without COLORTERM.EXPECTED_UNSUPPORTED(^[[59m) is untouched by #625/#641, and the CLI test checksdiff's exit codes only, so #652 doesn't reach it.
