feat(studio): connect feedback cases and agent management

Summary

• connect deployed-agent feedback cases to the Studio frontend, including navigation back to chat and case deletion
• add agent/draft deletion controls, batch selection, drag ordering, and a talk-to-agent action
• refine deployment/testing UI states and rebuild the packaged Studio web assets
