fix(frontend): recover expired authentication

Summary

• detect API Gateway login redirects and confirmed built-in OAuth session expiry
• preserve the current editor state with a blocking re-login popup, then retry pending requests
• surface non-JSON debug API responses with HTTP status, content type, and response details

Testing
