feat(studio): support code package deployment

Summary

• add a top-level code-package deployment entry with ZIP validation and an editable file browser
• provide a centered deployment configuration for region, network, and environment variables
• show upload, image build, Runtime creation, and publishing progress while reusing the existing AgentKit deployment flow
• update the bundled Studio frontend assets

Validation

• cd frontend && npm test (179 tests passed)
• cd frontend && npm run build
• uploaded and deployed a demo package to AgentKit Runtime successfully
