setup.py: add 3.13 and 3.14 trove classifiers (were stopping at 3.12). README.md: sync the tox env argument list with tox.ini's envlist (py310-py314, pypy3.11), dropping the stale py37-py39/pypy3 entries. Docs-only; no code or functionality changes. Verified with uv-backed tox: py39 correctly fails (python_requires>=3.10), py314 passes (180 passed). Since tox already includes 3.14, added it to readme + pypi
