One axis, do not expand:

1. Destination is now a single function: `resolve_delivery_route` (`docs/DELIVERY_ROUTE.md`). Intent is frozen at session start. Focus at stop is not an input.

3. Telemetry: `delivery_route: intent=… route=… reason=… target=…`
