fix: rebuild eve-extension on eve 0.83.0, bump ai 7.0.150, eve 0.82.0 / @tanstack/ai 0.71.0 pins; migrate UpstashSandbox and add ActivityStore - #74

…bump ai 7.0.148, @tanstack/ai 0.71.0, ai-memory 0.2.16 Rebuilding on eve 0.82.0 re-stamps tool 96 / dynamicTool 88 / hook 48, which eve 0.75.0-0.81.1 reject. packages/eve + examples/eve-demo stay on eve 0.65.0 (eve >=0.75 renamed the sandbox provider hooks and removed MutableNetworkSandboxSession). @tanstack/ai-persistence stays at 0.7.2 (0.10.1 conformance requires an `activities` store). Daily upstream-compat bump (latest run 2026-10-23): eve-extension on eve 0.83.0, ai 7.0.150 (+ @ai-sdk/react ^4.0.154), @tanstack/ai 0.71.0 / -persistence 0.10.1 / -memory 0.2.16 (held back, see below). Supersedes #64-#73 (closed).
