Do not treat the 600-second fallback as a valid timeout.

SessionTimeoutController.GetSessionTimeout returns HTTP 200 with secondsUntilTimeout = 600 when the status read fails. SessionTimeout.vue treats that value as valid, hides the warning, and waits 300 seconds before polling again. An authenticated session can still be near expiry when the database read fails, so the user can miss the warning.

Return a distinct error response or status for the fallback. Retry that condition on a short interval without calling hideSessionTimeoutWarning, whether or not the warning is currently visible.

Update SessionTimeoutController.GetSessionTimeout so the 600-second fallback is
returned as a distinct error/status, then handle that response in
SessionTimeout.vue by scheduling a short retry without calling
hideSessionTimeoutWarning, regardless of whether the warning is visible.
