Mathematics master’s student exploring scientific computing, machine learning, and quantum algorithms.
I’m interested in how mathematical models become computational experiments, especially in dynamical systems, molecular science, and probability.
- Polymer property prediction — experimental graph neural networks and hierarchical reasoning for molecular property prediction.
- Curie — a prototype for agent-assisted drug-coverage negotiation and smart-contract escrow on Somnia.
- Neural cellular automata — a PyTorch experiment that grows the Critically Thomas wordmark from a single live cell.
Quantum computing and probability: worked learning notebooks on Bell states, modeled noise, Poisson rewards, and Monte Carlo sampling. Quantum state preparation and amplitude estimation are planned next steps.
I write about mathematics, computing, and other interests at Critically Thomas.
