Add focused PMP11282 label-connector crossing repro

Summary

• reduce the full PMP11282 fixture to the exact V20V2 label and nearby routed corridor that force the original placement
• preserve the original component, pin, connection, text-box, and orientation data by filtering the existing fixture
• assert the current defect: the V20V2 orientation connector strictly crosses the TP504-to-R536 trace
• add the solver-generated semantic SVG snapshot showing the crossing

This is a reproduction-only PR with no production solver changes. The focused fix is stacked separately so its SVG movement is reviewable here and in the full PMP11282 reproduction.
