add RV1106G2 circuit json benchmark

Motivation

• the benchmark website needs a real large-pin-count circuit to track schematic port rendering performance.

Before

• core had no RV1106G2 benchmark fixture or integration test for its render phase timings.

After

• the supplied RV1106G2 Circuit JSON is registered in the benchmark website and records all 64 render phases.
• a focused test verifies the fixture produces SchematicPortRender timing; the baseline preview measures about 800 ms for that phase.
