Trym Håkansson

I build agentic systems: autonomous pipelines that run unattended, MCP servers, and AI-native workflows where agents do the heavy lifting. Prototype today, ship this week, let it run.

Day job: consultant on Microsoft security and Azure hybrid platforms (Defender XDR, Sentinel, Azure Local). Most of what I automate started as real friction in that work.

What I'm running and building

Newsfeed-generator Fully autonomous news pipeline: fetches, deduplicates, AI-writes headlines and summaries, publishes every six hours. No human in the loop.
open-apis Autonomously curated, machine-readable catalog of free Norwegian public APIs, built for AI code agents. Self-maintaining daily harvest.
hermes-agent NousResearch's Hermes agent running 24/7 on a Mac Mini, driven over Telegram.
mcp-for-udir MCP server exposing Norwegian curriculum data (KL06/LK20) from Utdanningsdirektoratet.
custom-detection-validator Pre-validates KQL for Defender XDR custom detections. Zero-install web version on GitHub Pages.

How I work

  • Agent-first: Claude Code and autonomous workflows run most of my stack, from research to deploys
  • Small tools over big platforms, shipped fast and iterated live
  • Everything observable and auditable, so the agents can be trusted with more
