Add a guided PRG length-extension exercise using the public probability laws, reply transforms and typed contracts. Worked examples and small edits precede six open construction and proof tasks.
Validation: worked examples compile without placeholders; a separate private completion checks with standard axioms. The learner file reports exactly six intended warnings and stays outside the library build. Full build, source checks and axiom audit pass.
