Build reply transformations from ordinary functions, preserving the input domain and query allowances. Add typed function, fresh-law and source contracts.
Validation: arbitrary-domain and source clients, Mathlib linters, full warning-fatal build, source checks and axiom audit.
Depends on #183. Closes #178.
