The Subscriptions and Invoices pages in organization settings were merged into one Billing page with My subscription and Plans tabs. Update the organization settings and self-hosted licensing pages, retake the six screenshots that showed the old pages, and remove five unused images that still showed the old menu. The section heading keeps its old anchor, so existing links to #view-and-manage-subscriptions still work.
