The scheduled catalog survey read the docs table on 2026-10-28 and found
something that is not what the snapshot records.

What is in this pull request is the snapshot, and the snapshot is read.
models-observed.json is an input at run time: for an id whose endpoint the docs
stopped naming — or when the docs themselves cannot be reached — this is the
endpoint a request for it is sent to. Merging is what publishes it.

the live docs say: 75 rows (31 responses, 17 anthropic, 25 chat, 2 systemone)
nothing has moved; the snapshot on disk already says this.

The file is derived from the docs page, not measured: the parse it was written
with is the one models.mjs runs on every discovery, so the runtime and the
snapshot cannot disagree about a document both of them read.
