feat: implement ST7789 parallel protocol in PIO
1e542c5 
- Add st7789_parallel.pio with synchronized write timing
- Implement ST7789Display driver with proper pin control
- Add example code for testing
- Add unit tests

This implementation solves the banding issues from PR #37
by using proper timing synchronization.

If you are solving this we're going to need a video of it working to filter out AI slop engineer PRs. Please include running tinygo flash in the video to also filter out attempts at AI video generated slop.
