Support self-hosted base URLs and release 0.3.0 - #7
baseUrl now works for self-hosted textbee servers:
A bare origin such as https://sms.example.com gets /api/v1 added.
A URL that contains /api/v1 is cut after it.
Any other path is kept as given, so setups behind a proxy prefix keep working.
Invalid URLs, non-http(s) schemes and URLs with a username or password throw a TypeError. They no longer fall back to textbee.dev.
TextbeeError uses the framework message instead of the error name, and joins validation message arrays.
Types now match the API:
The send response has warning and estimatedCompletionAt. Immediate sends have failureCount.
getSms and getSmsBatch return a new Sms type, where device is the id string. Message from getMessages keeps device as an object, now with name.
README: a new self-hosted section. The 72 hour scheduling claim is removed, because the API does not enforce it. The getMessages example is fixed.
Version bumped to 0.3.0. The getSms return type changed, which can break TypeScript code that read device._id from it. That value was always a string at runtime.
- Normalize baseUrl: a bare origin gets /api/v1, a path containing /api/v1
is cut after it, any other path is kept. Invalid URLs, non-http(s)
schemes and URLs with credentials throw a TypeError.
- Prefer the framework message over the error name in TextbeeError.
- Type the send warning and estimatedCompletionAt fields, failureCount on
immediate sends, and device as an id string on getSms/getSmsBatch.
- README: add a self-hosted section, drop the 72 hour scheduling claim,
fix the getMessages example.

Walkthrough
The client now normalizes configured base URLs and changes how it extracts error messages. Public response and message types are expanded. The README and client documentation describe the updated behavior.

Summary
Base URL normalization src/client.ts, src/types.ts, README.md, test/client.test.ts
The client normalizes base URLs and throws TypeError for invalid or unsupported URLs and URLs containing credentials. Tests cover defaults, path handling, and invalid inputs.
Response and message contracts src/types.ts, src/index.ts, src/client.ts, README.md, package.json
Send response types gain optional fields and the exported SendSmsWarning type. The Message.device type now accepts an object or string. Documentation updates scheduling, message methods, polling, and examples. The package version changes to 0.3.0.
A malformed baseUrl that contains credentials can leak the password in the error message, so the raw value should be removed from it. The wider Message.device type can also break existing TypeScript code that reads getMessages results. Both should be addressed or explicitly accepted before release.

Review comments at @src/client.ts:
- Around line 227-228: Remove the raw value from the invalid-URL error message
in the baseUrl validation flow, so URL parsing failures cannot expose
credentials. Keep the existing guidance about the expected API URL and the added
/api/v1 suffix.
Review comments at @src/types.ts:
- Line 192: Keep Message.device typed as MessageDevice so getMessages() callers
can access device._id without narrowing; introduce an endpoint-specific message
type with MessageDevice | string for getSms() and getSmsBatch() instead.

- getMessages keeps returning Message with a MessageDevice. getSms and
getSmsBatch return the new Sms type, whose device is the id string.
- An unparseable baseUrl no longer echoes its value, so a password in
the URL never reaches a log.
