This PR improves the recorded upper bound for C82, the essential minimum of the Zhang--Zagier height, from
to the certified bound
The construction uses the polynomials P1,...,P9,Q1,Q2 introduced by C. Doche in Zhang-Zagier heights of perturbed polynomials, J. Theor. Nombres Bordeaux 13 (2001), no. 1, 103--110. Starting from Q1,Q2, the computation adds the perturbative factors
