Reading the changelog in #1181 feels strange. Some changes have a scope, some do not. Im not a huge fan of scopes, but given the scope of this repo i feel like they provide useful context here. Added something to the
CONTRIBUTING.mdas well, so that we and our AI's will remember going forward.Description
