Sprites users can select an environment in supported desktop composers and ask Codex to open a read-only Sprite Inspector beside the conversation. This updates the plugin guidance and documentation for those workflows and bumps the plugin to 0.2.0.
The skill verifies the selected Sprite's organization and expected ID before operating on it, handles stale references without substituting another environment, and explains that runtime reads may wake a Sprite. Existing text tools remain the fallback when extensions are unavailable. Rich forms remain deferred.
This is the plugin companion to the merged API change in superfly/sprites-api#1297. The hosted MCP supplies the tools and Inspector UI through the existing endpoint and OAuth flow; no additional local server is required. Release plugin 0.2.0 with that API support deployed, and refresh the plugin connection or restart Codex to load it.
Part of superfly/sprites-ecosystem#141.
